Haven Adoptions & Family Services is proud to be an affiliate of the Pennsylvania Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN). Working alongside state, county, and private agencies, Haven collaborates with SWAN to further their mission: to help children in need of permanency find it in a timely manner, and to help every child with a goal of adoption find their forever home.
SWAN services are designed to support and achieve successful permanency for Pennsylvania children. Haven works with SWAN to recruit and train individuals and couples who wish to become foster, adoptive, and/or kinship families. Haven and SWAN are there through all stages of the process, from initial placement of a child in the home through to post-adoption services.
